    xerox 700 quality issue

good day, xerox 700. replaced 1st BTR (CMY) and also replaced developer units with new developer material (K, MY) did not change developer (C). the print on the left is after everything was changed, pic on the right was one day before the parts were changed. seems as if the pic on the left is a bit grainy, also the magenta parts have lots of streaks as if btr is not funcitoning. but it a new BTR. the black and cyan isn't as dominant either. do i have to go into setting to make some adjustments? is there something i am missing here? thanks for any assistance

giving some updated results. a tech came by, found that it was the transfer belt (IBT) Belt. he said he had this problem once before where he had to change the whole IBT unit. and he said it happened the same exact way..... The 1st btr rollers CMY were changed put the belt back on and after a few prints horizontal lines started appearing on the belt. amazingly i had a backup belt so we put that on, and sure enough after a few prints and checking the IBT the lines started forming. is there any way i can do some checkup on the Transfer unit itself? as i want to order a brand new belt or do i need to change the transfer unit to a new one? thanks

Um, I'm a still a Xerox noob, so please take this with a grain of salt.
I have worked on other color machines for a while though, and I find this useful with that type of print defect, so maybe you will too -
Rather than make a full color print, make full coverage ones of the basic colors (cyan, magenta, black and yellow) and see which one produces that print defect. The reason for that is because due to the way the machine mixes those colors, the problem can be pretty easy to miss on full color prints. But on prints of the four basic colors it should be way easier to see.
Well, hope that helps, and sorry if it just a waste of bandwidth.

Print halftone from diagnostic for CMYK at 30% and post it here.

just an update. i had changed to rollers and ibt belt, for some reason the new belt was causing it. changed back to old belt and it worked fine.
