I have a new C75 that has poor image transfer. Image on the transfer belt is good. I replaced the 2nd btr with no change. I was able to increase the transfer voltage for each tray in the paper tray settings in the admin mode. That resolved the poor transfer problem but if the customer changes the paper type it will make poor copies again. Is there any way to increase the transfer voltage for all trays in the service mode? I looked at adjustment 9.12 but I can't tell which adjustment to make. I tried adjusting a couple of the NVMs but it didn't seem to make a difference. Anybody have any suggestions?
