Thanks for the response, the version I am not sure, initially the 081.140.101.13501 was on the printer, but there was a black imaging unit fault and I found a fix in the firmware. But when I put 081.140.103.22600 the network portion of firmware failed but every other portion of firmware was successful and a report printed that states software upgrade result: success with firmware change from 081.140.101.13501 to 081.140.103.22600. But there is still a imaging unit fault. the imaging unit is brand new.I tried a lower version and got the message that downgrade is not allowed. I tried to reinstall 081.140.103.22600 and got a message uprade not necessary. I want to install a higher version like 081.140.104.05700 or 081.140.103.24600 with hopes that all of the firmware would install without errors or faults and hope that would fix the imaging unit faults.

I am open to suggestions.
