Is there any body know how to clear this error code: Xerox workcentre 7335 error 009-382 and how to reload xerox 7345 firmware into factory default or to upgrade the firmware

9-382= Cyan ATC sensor problem.
1st, pull out and inspect the cyan drum cartridge. The foam seal may have come off and wrapped around the charge roller. If so, replace the drum.
2nd, with the cyan drum out, inspect the cyan developer unit to ensure that the developer level is the same as the other DV units. If too low, clean out and replace developer. You may need to replace the developer housing.
After correcting the reason for the fault, set NVM 752-111 to 0 to clear the fault condition.
