streaks black lines on print and copy

Series of streaks black thin lines with width of 1 cm and distance of 9.5 cm between every two successive lines appear on all color and monocolor prints of Xeroc workcentre 7556
the lines are perpedicular to the paper travel direction
lines always in black even when copying or printing in monocolor.
is the issue related to IBT cleaning balde ?
Any help would be appreciated

Drum scratch. Check jam history for when it happened VS when call came in.
Rotation scratches are caused by machine.
Lateral scratches are caused by user, in most cases.

if it is drum scratch, why does it appear when printing in any monocolor ? what color drum do you think it is scrathed ?

To me it looks like an impact mark cause by damage on the IBT belt. it's collecting toner when it shouldn't and the IBT cleaner can't clean it off properly.
Why it has been impacted i do not know gap is too big to be 1st BTR roller or idler / steering roller.

See if rollers or drums have a corresponding mark.
But the IBT belt will probably need to be changed

I agree with Jake2o. I have seen this myself. Remove the IBT and you will see the impact marks on the transfer belt that are leaving these marks on your paper. You can either replace the IBT assembly or the belt. If replacing just the belt, make sure there is nothing under the belt (something on one of the rollers) that caused this before installing a new belt.
