my printer gives me error 116-321 and I do not connect via pws. What can I do? Thank you

System soft fatal error. What was happening when this error occurred? If it was printing try remove the network cable and reboot. I can only go based on information i have for the fxa market of mfds and not sure how they differ to other markets
