Xerox 3200 MFP - lost user name
Hi folks,
hope someone can help. We have a Xerox 3200 MFP, and theoretically, you can hit the enter button three times to do a scan. The second time you press it, you are confirming a user name on the list. Unfortunatley, our user name keeps dropping off. To get it back, we need to go to the server, and refresh the printer for it to return.
So - a network attached mfp. Switching MFP off and on has no effect. We cannot replicate the name dropping off so not sure if its a time issue, or something else triggers it.
Any advice would be most welcome
