Risograph TR error C21 master won't load around the drum

I recently just purchased a risograph TR1510 an error saying a jam in the master roll area keeps appearing. When i look in and check the master is just barely poking out the on the side the master disposal area is. When I hit the star it says C21. Very new to Risograph

C21 is the error code for the master not being applied to the drum.
It would probably be a good idea to reset the machine if you haven't done so first, then make sure all the sensors in the drum cavity are clean.
I can't see your machine or what you've done so far, so that's just a wild guess.
