[Misc] Riso CZ 180 Ink problem

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with a Riso CZ 180 machine, the machine shows replace ink indicator after only 1/4 or 1/3 of ink bottle is used and won't work until installing a new ink bottle then it will work for the same quantity and do that again.
I had replaced two mini PCBs for ink detection (ANT-PCB, RF-PCB) but that didn't help.

Check ink hose & 'o' ring seal

Could be blocked filter or bad pump. Even faulty detection. Stays a dirty job!!

Try slowly forcing the ink by pushing the plunger in the bottle. Be careful not to twist the plunger.
