Riso Hc5500. Code w99-315y , says execute printhead cleaning. I have to travel two hours to get to machine asap..tried calling riso tech support no one picks up nor a voice mail all day today...please offer your $.02 Would like some ideas whats causing it. Service manual says
315 W99 ID unit low liquid level
Low liquid level is detected in the ID unit of each color ink.
* Ink identification information (K, C, M, Y) is added after the error point."

Hello there, try to check the ID solenoid and if there is no ink obstruction, this machine is running with genuine ink? if so, you can also try to manually fill the ID unit with a seringe to pull ink from it's draining holes, but verify if there is no leaks on tubes, also verify the overflow tank, if its full you also have to drain some ink from it, at final you should verify the ID sensors but they are very dificult to fault;

however if the machine is running with OEM ink, it may occurs to ink clodge on sensors and make them not work propperly.
