FR 3910ui blank black

Hi everyone,
I have problem on FR 3910ui. If running test mode for tph pattern,it's good.
But when i create a new master,it's become blank black all.
Anyone can solve this problem?

First of all, thanks for the picture.
If the test mode image is fine, it would probably be a good thing to start by cleaning the optics.

Dear iowatech,
I have replaced this following component :
- image scanner
-wire harness scanner
-IF pcb scanner
- RIP pcb
and of course cleaning optic n stage glass.
But it's still dosn't work properly.
Any sugestion..?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but you get black image when scanning? If so I'd check the scanner LEDS, are they coming on? Also the image flexible wire (flat ribbon cable), the cable has been known to go bad. Good luck.

Yes of course,scanner LED's is coming ON.
I have changed with another flexible wire with good condition,the result it's same...
The only i haven't changed it's MAIN CTL PCB.
