Hi there! I just got a couple new color drums, and two of them (the teal and the bright red) have this error code showing up when I install them into my GR 3770. I'm using the right ink for sure, as the same tubes of ink work fine in my other drums and that error message doesn't come up. I'm thinking it may be something with these two drums' metal tabs at the back of the slot where the ink slides in? Telling the machine that the correct cartridge is installed? Does anyone have any ideas of how I can fix these drums to accept ink? Thank you!
