I have a FR3950 which have worked great until now.
When I make a master it tries to send a paper through but it gets jammed, 10 cm of the paper is still outside of the machine.
When I remove the jammed paper and start to print the paper is to "slow" so the image misses to page by 10cm (offset by 10cm).
Is this an problem with the timing of the machine? I read on the forum that I needed to open the back of the machine and reset the discs. But I can't seem to find where the error is. And I can't find where to look for the information in the technical manual.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated!
