This error is INK RF TAG IS NOT DETECTED ON INK BOTTLE.
Maybe the faulty chip on the bottle or not properly set ink bottle. Try to replace the bottle.

I am not familiar with the KZ line, but on other machines the D4 error code indicates a problem with the ink bottle being something the machine doesn't expect. It kind of looks like the machine may not be able to detect the RFID tag on the bottle.
That's the best I can do. Sorry.
