RISO RZ 970 - Paper Sticking to Print Drum

I have a Riso RZ 970. Paper is sticking to the print drum even when the top margin is increased.
It seems that the machine is pumping too much ink because it prints okay in Ink serving mode.

Any Help?.

Are you using genuine Riso ink and master material?
If so, it could be that the picker finger (the pointy plastic piece on the lower right hand side of the drum cavity) is too far away from the drum, or the air puffer isn't working correctly. I've never seen that on the RZ line, but I suppose that doesn't mean it couldn't happen.
