riso gr3770 master print problem

good day guys im working on this machine and only 3 inches image are printed on the master even on test print on 120. still the image are 3 inches on the middle of the master and on paper. please help me on this guys.

Still, if possible make sure there isn't an old master still stuck on the drum.
