Help.... The machine doesn't seem to do this when I have the black drum in, only the blue. Once ever so often, it will like almost fold a page then out comes a blank one but mostly, you have to go through one by one the entire job because the machine will pull two sheets, sometimes 3 at a time. I have made all the adjustments I know to make. It's 20# Boise paper. I have it set for paper and not card stock. ??
