    [Misc] problem with tiny line on my printing rz 330

    hi all. I am having printing defect on my riso rz330. there is tiny straight line appears on the master drum. I replaced the scanning mirror and checked the TPH unit for damage but everything seems to be ok. anyone can help me trouble hoot this?

    If you reduce or enlarge the scanned image does the lines change position. If yes then image reader if no then TPH or something scratching the master.

        after doing the zooming ,still the line at the same position


        any advise how to clean the TPH unit?

          Kind of hard to tell from the pics but it looks like you either need to clean all 3 mirrors and get the dust off one of them or your sep finger under the drum is scratching the master surface.
          Make a master using service mode 80 (thru 85) and see if there is a line? Would cancel out the optics part of it
