are you sure its a ledger drum? RZ 2 model only has legal and on the rare occasion, letter sized drums

RZ 3 is ledger.

if you look at the drum body there is a distinct size difference between a legal and ledger sized drum... do you have other RZ 2XX drums? if it's larger than them, it wont work.

If it is indeed a RZ2XX drum, then you may need to reprogram it to work in your machine.
