Check your ink pump, and ink hose it is clogged or the ink supply outlet inside the drum is clogged. If you noticed it will keep on initializing the ink then it will stop then, giving a no ink indication.

try the test codes to activate the ink pump.

also try reprogramming the drum

Thank you for your answers,
as i can see test mode only works without the ink cartridge, when the cartridge is on, only 0000 appears on the screen. i have tested the codes and no good news.

The machine says that there are two errors:
C01-512 The ink sensor did not go ON even when inking was performed for a preset duration
and
C01-563 Ink remaining amount is zero from the information on the RF-Tag

any advice? Thank you!!
