RZ 390UI P19-207 and Master Making Unit Issues

Hello!

I have a RZ 390UI and am having issues with the master making unit. The error code is P19-207, which in the tech manual says the error condition is "TPH pressure sensor does not go OFF within 2 seconds after thermal-pressure activates in the decompressing direction, or during home positioning operation". I am not sure what to do fix this, since the Risograph won't unlock the Master Making Unit Release so I can't get in there. Any tips on how to open the Master Making Unit? Or, what to do once I am able to open it?

Hi check the gears in the pressure system of tph it has a gear which always breaks has a screw un the middle
