hi gilsac the problem is in the pressure roller or in the adjust. because the pressure in the pressure roller is very high, this causes the master to move.
How much does the master move and in what direction relative to the print paper path?
Also, how many prints need to be made until that becomes obvious?
While I have seen the master move on the drum due to excess pressure from the pressure roller, I can't see your machine or what it is doing, and as such I am not sure. For all I know right now it could be the master clamp on the drum needs to be cleaned. Or maybe there's not enough master material in the clamp. Or you could be using some incompatible aftermarket master material (I've seen that, it sucks). The drum shell could be broken too, I guess. Or even that the squeegee gap is too tight, but that's a long shot though.
So I had to ask. Sorry about that. But I need to have enough information so that I can make a diagnosis that ultimately will be useful to you, otherwise this is a fools errand for both of us.
