Riso 390 intermitting blank prints

Good Morning all,

I have been working on a Riso 390 that has been doing intermitting blank copies

It is not connected to a computer.

there is a image on the master, but there is no ink on the drum

I got ink on drum but still copies are blank.

This one has me.

Any help please

How many prints are you running per master? If you are not running at least twenty prints for every master, this will be a reoccurring problem you will just need to put up with. Sorry. On the other hand, if you don't use the machine that often, the 'idling" button is your friend. You should find that button on the left hand side of the control panel. By activating it before you make the first master of the day, the machine will put a blank master on the drum and idle the drum around for a while to make sure ink is properly distributed on the inside of the drum, and also the machine checks the ink bead inside the drum and replenishes the bead if it is out of spec.

Thanks Iowatech, some good advice I would use.

The customer is a School and we told them to do thirty prints, there is chance that they do less.

But I would tell them about the idling button.
