      Um, is there any chance you could share a picture of the broken wiring harness? I only ask as unless something truly disastrous happened, generally you can fix a faulty wiring harness with a decent set of sidecutters and electrical tape. A soldering iron, solder and shrink wrap tube will make the fix even better, but are not necessarily needed. At least not in the short term.
