Riso EZ 570 and RZ 970 master roll problem

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my customers,
master machine not recognize it. Applications to master roll has not been set.
I tried to put another roll of the same acts. Only when I put Foruse master roll, it is running smoothly. Is anyone having this problem? Do you have any advice for me. I'm a technician.

I am going to tread lightly, because as you are a technician I would very much like to see you contribute here.
Also, it is my understanding is that the English language is not something that is very useful in the area where you are at, and yet you make the effort here.
That being said, I have one question. The FORUSE part of your post here makes it sound like you may be trying to use master material made for other machines. Is that the case?

I found the problem cuter was stuck. occasionally work, occasionally.
does not work.Now I fixed it.
