    Can somebody help me how to get rid of E-12 in ricoh DX2330 duplicator

      From the service manual:
      Pressure Plate error
      The pressure plate home position sensor signal is not
      detected within 3.0 seconds after the pressure plate
      motor turns on.

          May I suggest a large hammer?

          These are POS devices compared to the DX3240 series. Very soft frame and poor build quality.
