MZ790 - Print to C5 Envelope format?

Hi,

I've had a request to print several thousand C5 format envelopes (half with a plastic window, half without).
I'm able to run these through our machine (Riso MZ790) one at a time, tricking it into thinking it's a B5 paper size, but if I try to do a stack of envelopes, it very quickly jams as the paper size isn't correct.
In theory I could print one at a time, but with several thousand to work through, it's not a feasible use of my time.

Has anyone got any tips in configuring to run through awkward sizes like this?
From a bit of googling, I can also see that there is a "Special Paper Feed" Optional add-on for these machines. Has anyone used one of these? Is it worth looking into?

It jams at the paper feed point.
I think the problem is that the rollers keep turning to the length of the B5 paper I've told it to print at, but the envelope isn't that long, so it starts to pick up the next envelope by about an inch.
So then the next print starts to feed and it's even shorter and then suddenly there's an envelope at the feed point so it just stops and reports a jam.

You can program in a custom paper size in the admin tab.
