    problems in riso rz 230 ep copier

    hello
    i have two riso RZ230 copier
    first one copy a black wide line in the bottom of the paper.
    the second machine did not print the middle of the paper clearly.
    how can i fix these problems.

          Both problems sound like an issue with the thermal print head, although it could be an issue with a drum as well.

              The trick is that we can't see your machine, so your description of the problem was not good enough for for anyone to work with.
              Sorry.
              I'll take a wild ass guess though, you at least need to clean the sensors in the paper tray to start to fix the first machine.
              Swap the drums between those machines and see if the print quality improves on the other machine.
              Act on those suggestions at your own peril.
