[Error Code] Risograph GR3750 T3 error message

I am getting a T3 error message and want to reset it.
We had service tech come and do service call on the machine, it worked fine. We moved the machine 20 feet from one room to another and now we are getting an T3 error message.
Suggestions please

Always start with the yellow Reset key

T3 - Clamp Error The silver metal piece on top of the drum that holds the master in place.

That machine is OLD, important parts very very scarce. There are many threads on this machine style (RA/GR/FR are practically the same) and topic for your reading pleasure. Got a manual???

Select GR as "Series" and Document Type "Manual" from the drop downs and the GR-RA Tech Manual is there in all its glory. Very helpful for troubleshooting issues and understanding various error codes and the machine in general.
