RISO RZ-990

Hi all, can someone please tell me what the error code T-20 437 is on my Riso RZ-990? It starts to feed and the belts go around but it just makes a sound like air escaping and won't feel paper.

Two things need to check the paper output motor, the RZ model has a piece of plastic that breaks and produces that failure, I'm going to show you a picture

If you have the model of the photo, maybe the screw "allen" is loose,

Select RZ as "Series" and Document Type "Manual" from the drop downs and the RZ9 Tech Manual is there in all its glory. Very helpful for troubleshooting issues and understanding various error codes and the machine in general. Good luck!
