[Misc] printing on ez 220 not fully printed

Hi, I encounter a problem on my ez220 now. The printing come out only the middle part of the scanned document.

Tthe master on the drum, also scanned the middle part of the document only.

Anyone have suggestion how to correct this?

Looks like someone has changed the default paper size settings or the side guides aren't calibrated correctly.
Print the checkerboard pattern and see what happens

thank you.

figured out already. the "ribbon" like cable for elevator tray damaged, al little cut found on the cable. after replacing the cable, image print out perfectly.
