[Misc] SC7950 RIP - mysteriously won't start up

    Hi All,
we've got an RN2150 risograph with an SC9750 RIP connected via an old modem's ethernet cable.
Its been working wonderfully for at least 3 years.
Now it it mysteriously not turning on anymore. No lights, no sounds.
In recent months, we've noticed it would take up to 2 min to start up after we's pushed the power button.
I have tried changing power cable, restarting the modem, and other low impact fixes.

Has anyone got any ideas? Could it be a fuse or something electrical/internal?
I never figured out what sequence to power up the 3 components (RISO, RIP, PC), maybe that has something to do with the previous long startup time?

    Any ideas are GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!

GOOD NEWS! it was a stupid electrical problem.
The lesson is don't set up a Riso studio next to Tram lines and expect the electrical imbalance not to affect your equipment!
