[Error Code] T95-056 after timing machine on RP-3700

Hey guys, after timing the machine, (customer said it made a loud noise and could not pull out drum was the service call), I left the LPH connector off the HV unit. The machine ran and made blank copies. Reconnected harness and now I have the T95-056 code. Wont reset..Should I try to flash machine?...Thanks...Any replys appreciated....Michael

P.S. of course customer has no service contract
