master making image not correct

master making : the image on master is correct , but found another file image found on master , that meas two image combine , another file image is last time printed , is still in memory ??
is there any advice are welcome

Some more information please, what series and model? Is this happening on every master you make? Have you checked the master roll, is clean and unburnt?
Have you tried restarting the machine while holding down the reset button?

this happen only once model rz 390
last time printed letter size 2up ,new job output on the master images correct but last time printed image also on the image , only one image appear , that means , missing image of last time printed ,try 4 times to make master ,,,,,same thing happens ,
try to cheat machine chang color ink but not generate master option (code 887),,
problems solved: panel left idling light is on when master making let it off nest time i will try do the action holding down reset button
