[Error Code] Riso EZ370 error code P-12-301

HI guys can anyone help. Was making a master then stopped with this error code P-12-301. I cannot remove the used master tray. Seems to be stuck at the back of machine. Thanks

Master compression plate motor lock while it was trying to return home. TM 490 should try and drive the plate back to the home position (if all safety switches are engaged). See what you can see before maybe there's a bad disposal jam or a piece of paper went into the disposal box and hung it up.

Thanks - all fixed - needed to remove gear from motor so I could manually turn ANd release waste master box then remove jammed master in exit section.
