    Riso GR3770 blank prints

Customer asked me to look at their GR3770, don't have much experience with these. The machine will create a master but it is blank and there is no image on the prints. Nearest I can figure is the printhead is not working but not sure. Can someone tell me if I am on the right path or what to check out.

You can temporary remove the switch then short it's circuit.

Don't rush to buy any part as yet! Riso parts are extremely robust and reliable. Take your time and carefully troubleshoot the problem, it might turnout to be something else. For example is the scanning lamp lighting?
