Error s035 2074-2 on riso comcolour 7150

Good Day guys
I am having this error code on my riso comcolor 7150.On the service manual it says Negative pressure ink tank sensor C remained ON,despite circulation （printing pressure).Machine is on 3,3 million copies.Really need help with this,as there are no riso techs where i live.
