Riso MZ790 error C02-253 Replace Master Roll ~

So there was a the common issue with the white cog with the screw in it BROKE underneath the TPH and I replaced, but when I put the machine back together it gives me error code C02-253 (or C02-200) REPLACE MASTER ROLL but i have tried 3 different rolls and that is not the issue. I did notice that when it rolls the masters in and then rolls it back out that it goes a little bit further than usual for some reason, then I get the code.

The tech manual reads that the reset method is Master-making Unit Sensor: OFF -> ON, Master detection sensor: OFF -> ON

The problem is that I have NO idea where these 2 sensors are or how to turn them from OFF to ON.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have not had the pleasure of this error code but since you were in the master making unit replacing the gear I'd go back and check for a pinched wire or stressed tie wrap. You are probably looking at testing TM 400, 401, 402

Hold yellow reset while turning machine on, update firmware, check wire harnesses, etc...
