    Ricoh DD 5450 help mode

    anyone know how to access help mode (service mode) on the new Ricoh 5450??

              Press Reset Button and release. Press Speed Keys (Fast and Slow) together until HELP screen appears and then release.

                  Good day. We purchased the adf scanner and usb D1 controller options for our ricoh dd5450 duplicator. Please tell me the codes in the HELP menu to activate them. Thank!

                      you have already started your own thread on the same subject.

                      do you have a service manual or installation guides for the accessories ?
                      are you an end user?

                          I do not have a service manual. I service this unit at the enterprise, no one will give me money to buy a service manual. ((

                              usually for a small contribution of $5-$10usd to CTN, you will get a CONTRIBUTOR badge on your profile and the folks with the manuals are more apt to get you what you need.
