    Riso GR3770 master sensor issue

Hello, When I try to load a master on my 3770 I get a master misfeed message. The master roll rolls down into the hopper and doesn't push through to the drum. I have read all the old threads about this and tried everything in them. I have run sensor tests and when I put in #14 Master Sensor, and #15 Master Positioning Sensor, I get non stop beeps, meaning the sensors are not detected. When I put in #47 Master Detection Sensor, and #48 Master Loading Sensor, They are operational. Can someone please help me identify where these sensors are, and what the problem may be? I am at a loss. Thank you so much for your help.

First 0.1 second interval beeps is detection, 0.5 second interval is no detection.

Test mode 14 is master removal hook sensor, it located at the disposal box.
#15, master positioning sensor, is located on the cutter unit.
#47, master detection sensor, is located between the master roll and write roller on the right side when facing the master unit.
#48, master loading sensor, is on the left side between the roll and the roller.

I strongly recommend you get a service manual and parts manual.
    Good luck.
