[Misc] RZ 370EP master removal error

Hi all,
we have a new master removal problem with our RZ 370 EP and all our 4 drums.

#1 General
The machine does not take the master off the drum,
Error code A03-304 appears: "Master disposal sensor on at completion of master disposal"
we take the Master removal unit out and in again,
and the drum out and in again,
Error-code A04-303 appears: Master disposal jam sensor OFF at 120 and 180 degrees drum position"
If we take the master off manually the production of a new master is no problem.

#2 Problem with two drums:
The new master doesn`t sit on the drum properly. It is not fixed under the clamp unit.

Things we checked:
_ All 4 drums: Some work fine in between, but the error happens again.
_ Manually removing the master: New masters are not fixed properly to all of the drums.
_ Master removal sensor appears to be clean


We are happy for any advice or ideas what to try or fix!

Sounds/ looks like a clamp problem. Either the clamp opening cam is broken or out of position OR the clamp ejection plate on the drum is sticking and yes I've seen that happen on multiple drums at the same time. There is a spot that wears and causes the plate to not eject the master and then not open to allow a master on.
