E 22 error code, now drum is stuck

[Error Code] E 22 error code, now drum is stuck

We have a Savin/Ricoh 4450 that was giving the E-22 and E-06 error code, now the drum is stuck. Does anyone know how to release the drum?
Also, any DUPLICATOR techs in Central Texas?
