Ricoh DD4450 print counter goes mad

Good day

I now have the second DD4450 where the print counter (on the display) seems to have reset.

When comparing it to the mech counters there is a difference of almost 1 million prints!

Has anyone else experienced this?

sounds like you got machines that have been "refurbished" or the main board that retains page counts has been changed

Or the NVram. Someone may also have found a way to edit the NVram
