GR 3770 MASTER

Hello I have a GR3770 it was workin fine but, now when I tried to do a new master it doing a blank master, even with a file I allready print. any Idea ? 43116098_2088339307896260_4367939984359948288_n.jpg

There may be a master stuck to the drum, so any master you make will not work because of the first master stuck behind the second master.
Manually pull the master(S) off of the drum to confirm. If there is only one master present, then you may have a TPH problem. You can run an internal print to test the thermal print head.
