ez390u and Mac drivers - Do I really have to purchase a driver?

I have downloaded the drivers, but I left stuck on the product serial #, stating invalid when I input my machine's serial.

I saw an article from some time ago stating that they sell the mac drivers for $55, but that seemed ridiculous and out of date. Tried calling them and they shooed me off to tech rep in my state who doesnt answer the phone.

You can try 2 things. Try the UK site drivers:

Driver downloads for your Riso hardware including the Comcolor

Or install the Windows PS driver, print a test page to locate the PPD file, then copy that PPD file to the Mac library/printers/ folder.
