Hi all,
we have an rz990 that is unable to discard old masters and load new masters. Even if we manually remove the old master, the riso will throw up a an error saying that the master was not discarded and to check the master disposal and then check the cylinder. It will loop like this indefinitely! We had a technician in who could not fix the problem, but was trying to adjust the position B to fix it to no avail...
The elastics on the master disposal are fine btw... I think it has something to do with the drum not being in the right position to open the clamp to receive the new master? But, maybe that does not explain why the Riso thinks there is a master on the cylinder even when there isn't.
anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?
