    EZ-220 cuts off edge of copy

    Please find attach samples. original and copy. copy is cut off at the bottom. any suggestion.

      Make a checkerboard master in service mode and see what happens (TM 80)

      Is it a scanning issue or master making? Have you looked at the drum itself?

          The print drum is ok. I have not been able to pinpoint if its scan or master making issue cause its not consistent. will work fine for weeks or months then suddenly, issue appears. was checking if anyone has encountered issue and has a solution.
