I am getting a T01-520 message, it says to press reset key. When I do I get an A01-222 error message master mis-feed rewind master roll & reset master in place, did this but error message stays on. Turned off machine and pressed start but sequence starts all over again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reply. The drum is rotated and I can't get it out to check the pins. I know how to remove a rotated drum in my GR3770 is it the same procedure or something different.Comment

You will have to go into service mode and release the drum.Be careful when you pull it out that you dont break the collars on the clamp or projection bar.
The service mode number is 556.
To get in use the print position buttons...< > and turn on while holding these down.Comment

I'm having the exact same problem. If I go into test mode to release the drum it still feels stuck. It pulls out about 3/4" and then feels as if something is physically stopping it. I'm tempted to yank it out but that obviously seems like a bad idea.
I need some help...I can't use my machine with a non-working drum that I can't remove.
Ugh.Comment

Re: Riso rp 3700 t01-520 message
First try doing a reset, make sure the drum is back in, turn off the riso, hold the reset key while turning on the machine.
If that does not clear the code, then go back to test mode and try to rotate the drum with TM 550. Let us know if that works.Comment

Re: Riso rp 3700 t01-520 message
I was able to rotate the drum with a combination of position A and position B and open and closing clamp codes. The master eject clamp was stuck on the fan and was ripped off and bent. NASTY.
I had to brute force pull the drum out and forcefully pry the bent metal off the drum.
Looks like I have another parts drum...luckily nothing in the machine was damaged and timing still looks good.Comment
