I recently purchased a Riso RZ370 for my small printing business. Anytime i make a master for duplicating, the master gets torn at a specific point after about 100 copies. As a result, i have to create a new master after every 80 to 100 copies. What could be the problem and how can it be resolved?

Re: RISO RZ370 Master keeps getting torn
Does it get torn right in the middle of the lead edge of your printed page? Sounds like the orange sep finger needs to be slightly adjusted away from the drum surface.
Have a service manual? It's explained in the Paper Ejection Section -
Re: RISO RZ370 Master keeps getting torn
It starts as a thickening line at the top part of the lead edge, after a while the tear comes in the middle. A technician advised that I cut off a portion of the orange sep finger. I did that and now it's able to make up to 500 copies before the year comes again.Comment

Well now you just need to read up on how to adjust the sep finger. It's not had to do but you do need to know what you are looking at.
