    Riso EZ 220 customer don't remember password to use device

    Good day, want to know how to remove the user code on a Riso ez 220, I have been searching the manual and cannot find it.
    can some one help with this. Thanks

    Pages 74 thru 85 of the User Manual that the customer has explains it. Riso is of course different than copiers in that you have to have an ADMIN code before setting up User codes.
    A long time ago I had the same thing happen and had to update the firmware before it would clear. Way back in the early days of the EZ line from what I remember
